LHVP cancellation policy:
We operate a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. For cancellations made by less than 48 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
NOTE THAT FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENTS (arrival of the physiotherapist or the osteopath on the day) & for sessions after 7pm during the week; on Saturdays and all day Sunday; There is an extra charge of £20 for booking within those times..
